Really relaxing, all so want to do is sleep now. I think the guidance is good but I think I also got lost in the natural background sounds. It’s something that I love anyway.
Thanks Sian. I really enjoy the nature sounds too. I think they work a little like music, and serve to create a kind of ‘holding environment’. Interestingly, some people find the sounds intrusive. I used to think that was just because they had not yet learned how to work with ‘distractions’ in meditation; however, I now understand that some people are highly sensitive to sounds and require less stimulation to feel safe and comfortable.
