Are you looking to stay calm and focused — or to maintain and develop your meditation practice — in the midst of coronavirus chaos?
Join our weekly online class to help you stay on track.
Each session will include:
- a brief introductory talk on meditation
- a ten to fifteen minute meditation
- time to discuss your experience and ask questions
The class aims to support those who have already completed a Beginners Course with us, but is also open to those new to meditation.

Time: Tuesdays, 7:30 – 8:15pm during April.
Fee: $20/class; 4 classes for $65 (please contact us if you are unable to afford)
To Join
The class will be conducted using Zoom.
You will be provided with a link to the class once you have registered.
You do not have to have a Zoom account to attend.
If you are joining the class for the first time, please click on the Zoom link ten minutes before we’re due to begin, in order to allow sufficient time to download and install the application and troubleshoot any connection problems.
To ensure a pleasant experience with your first Zoom Meeting, we recommend that you download and install the Zoom Application beforehand.
To download and install the Zoom Application:
Go to https://zoom.us/download and from the Download Center, click on the Download button under “Zoom Client For Meetings”.
Once the download is complete, proceed with installing the Zoom application.
Finally, join a test meeting at https://zoom.us/test to make sure that your audio and video is working properly.
