If you live in Newport the nearest venue for our meditation and mindfulness courses is the Melbourne CBD. We run meditation classes for beginners on most days of the week, except Saturday, and our flexible schedule allows you to attend at whichever venue suits you best. We have conducted classes in Newport and Yarraville in the past but are currently searching for a new venue.
