Meditation Practice Sessions

Keep your meditation practice alive with weekly sessions held online.

Are you looking to stay calm and focused — or to maintain and develop your meditation practice?

Join our weekly online class to help you stay on track.

Each session includes:

  • a brief introduction and 5 to 10 minutes of mindful movement.
  • a 20 minute meditation
  • time to discuss your experience and ask questions

The class aims to support those who have already completed a Beginners Course with us, but is open to anyone.

Time: 7:30 – 8:15pm
Where: Online via Zoom

Fee: $25/class; 5 classes for $100, 10 classes for $180

To join, you can purchase a single session, 5 Class, or 10 Class Pass.

Single Session: $25
5 Class Pass: $100 (Valid for 2 months)
10 Class Pass: $180 (Valid for 4 months)
