Feeling stressed? Here’s a two-minute guided meditation you can use to take the edge off a trying situation or anxious moment.
Need more time to relax? Or a guided meditation to help you get to sleep, or to work through some troubling issue or emotion? I have meditations available for almost every purpose.
I found the course to be very practical.
I like the way the lessons have built on each other — starting from the basics and leading into more layers of understanding.
Everything is presented clearly and simply in a way that kind of demystifies meditation without reducing its impact or importance.
Its amazing how taking 2 minutes out of our day can make such a BIG difference.
It fascinates me.
It never ceases to amaze me too Carol.
Along these lines wondering if you have any articles or meditation suggestions for transitioning from work to home or work to picking up kids etc. thanks
Hi Catherine,
Almost any meditation will do. You could just practice your favourite technique, or whatever seems appropriate at the time. Personally, I like to do what I call a ‘Three Point Check’, in which you tune into and acknowledge what’s going on in body, mind and mood.
Track 5 (Anxiety Alleviator) on my CD, A Taste of Meditation, guides you through this process. Listen here.
It’s incredible how 2 minutes is such a short amount of time but I was able to relax and settle quickly within that time.
It’s great to hear that you were able to relax with those two minutes Alicia.
Thank you for the two-minute meditation. A breath of fresh air.
You’re welcome Jenni. ?
Thanks Matt, I felt really loaded after todays learnings and found this a perfect end to a mind-full day.
You’re welcome Theresa. I’m glad you took the time to enjoy a Pause.
